BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PID 20 Advisory Board Members:

Barry Smith: Barry owns and operates several used car lots on East Lancaster. He and his father, Lynn Smith, own thirteen properties on the street and have been associated with the automobile industry for many years.

Bill Kiker: Bills owns Save A Lot grocery store at 4621 E Lancaster. He has been in the grocery business most of this life and his experience with East Lancaster dates back to 1978. Bill is a licensed real estate broker who believes East Lancaster is a brilliant diamond that needs some TLC to become even better.

Dale Uberman: Dale has worked in the world of real estate and property management for nearly four decades. He is associated with Haydn Cutler Company, which owns and operates the Oakland Corners Shopping Center. Dale led the petition effort to create the East Lancaster Public Improvement District.

Don Boren: Don is the President of East Fort Worth Business Association and Chairman of the Fort Worth Plan Commission.  He is a graduate of Polytechnic High school and Texas Wesleyan University, and is a US Navy veteran.  Don and his wife, Wanda Conlin, are the long-time owners of Kwik Kopy Printing in the Handley area. 

Sigifredo Munoz: Sigi is a long-time owner of a number of commercial properties along East Lancaster Avenue. He has a business and Real estate background and has seen the potential in the East Lancaster corridor for many years. He has reinvested in and improved several properties along the corridor.
